OUR PURPOSE

A local approach to saving forests

We have protected over 26 million acres of the most biodiverse landscapes across Latin America and 3.9 billion tons of avoided CO2 emissions, in partnership with local and Indigenous communities.

We promote solutions that are born in local communities because we live where we work. Our inclusive community-based approach is what makes us unique. It’s also what’s worked for us for over 25 years.
