that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify,
document, and demonstrate on an annual basis that they meet the
highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness,
and cost effectiveness.

Overall, our 2008 revenues were $3,399,073
and costs were $3,208,140 (expenses plus land and building purchases).
We are proud that over 90% of all costs were spent within our project
countries, building capacity where it is needed most.
